One on One lessons. You choose the instructor, topic, date, and time.  

Private training for groups outside of our scheduled classes

access to all group classes in schedule. family deals for families of two or more. veteran/first responder discount.

pay for two weeks, train for two weeks. acces to all of our scheduled group classes. membership charged evry two weeks.

two noon classes weekly on wednesdays and friday.  ages 6-12
